We'd love to cycle more to go shopping etc. But bikes are always being stolen, so we don't risk leaving our bikes. Can PCC improve where to lock bikes in e.g.. Southsea shops, Cascades area, Gunwharf? Make it more secure? Please. Friends feel the same and we only take bikes out for leisure rides, where we don't leave our bikes.
